Over a decade of in-house research produced the first fully indigenous apparel CAD kernel on the South Asian sub-continent.

ESSDi CAD/CAM
PRD_01The full 9-module apparel CAD/CAM suite — pattern design, AI generation, super marker nesting, import/export, yarn planning, digitisation, auto-cut and 3D visualisation on a single kernel.
A hoodie worked end-to-end. Smart Gen generates the hood and body panels straight from the measurement set, then Super Marker auto-nests those pieces across the fabric width — so the exact consumption per garment is known and costed before a single metre is cut.
